Captivating profile images and headers are essential in professional contexts.
Why? Because your professional page is judged in 0.05 seconds.

Just look at the example above from the professional social platform LinkedIn.
An enormous difference between the two images, right?
One is bleak. One is Swoon-worthy.
The ultimate way to gain a recruiter's attention is therefore this:
To start with a professional photo of yourself.
Project;   Create a unique picture in line with my brand, as a way to market me.
Process;  Define target audience, criteria, and brand keywords, take pictures, and finally, use my Adobe Photoshop skills to make my image stand out.
Behind the scenes; Using Adobe Photoshop
In Adobe Photoshop; - Change background - Add a new arm - Extend the lower part of the image ...

  My criteria for the final picture were as follows;
- Professional;   It should look professional to suit my target audience;  B2B customers and future co-creators.
- Message;        The photo should communicate who I am and what I do.
How do you catch a recruiter's attention?

  Keywords that I wanted my target audience to associate with the photo are as follows;
- Who I am;     Creative, Happy, Professional, and a Doer.
- What I do;     Digital art, Photography, and Professional Photo Retouching.
- My niche;      Colorful, Bright, Outside-of-the-Box Creations.
Finally,  the picture can be used in other professional contexts, such as to create stop-scrolling ads. If you want a different result, you have to do things differently, after all.

I though you might like these! 😄 - Carin
